Current Status: AWS has resolved their issue and we are monitoring the resolution as ControlUp services return to full operational status.

We are actively monitoring the ongoing AWS outage and its impact on our services.

Current Status: We are experiencing delays in sending and receiving emails from our ControlUp systems as well as some disruption of backend communications. Some performance impacts are expected. We will continue to provide updates as we learn more.

Monitoring

We were aware that there might have been difficulty logging into ControlUp products for some customers. This issue was related to an ongoing service disruption within the Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure that ControlUp relies on.

Our teams actively monitored the AWS status pages for updates and worked to resolve the impact on ControlUp login services as quickly as possible. We apologized for the inconvenience and appreciated your patience.

We are continuing to monitor this as services are restored.
