Synthetic Monitoring Scouts requiring SMS MFA-based authentication to perform their runs experienced an outage during the time frame of October 11th, 22:00 UTC to October 15th, 17:20 UTC. The issue has been resolved, and scouts are now successfully performing authentication and completing their runs without SMS MFA failures.
