We are currently investigating issues with the Enrich browser extension for physical endpoint monitoring (Edge DX) with the new 130.x versions of Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. Customers using these releases may find the Enrich extension does not launch as expected. We are actively working on a fix. To restore service we recommend you downgrade your browser to 129.x.
