Today, Sunday 24th, we performed routine maintenance from 6 am UTC till 9 am UTC, and the data flow to our Insights server stopped. Monitors continued to upload data and when the maintenance was completed the data flow resumed.

During this time, you may have received an alert stating that your monitors are not uploading data but in fact, the monitors continued uploading their data and you should not have experienced any change in performance. Please ignore these automated emails.

However, there is a very small number of customers that may see a slight incident of data loss in their Insights data due to this maintenance incident.
We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.
