Investigating - We are aware of an Azure outage that may be impacting some users' ability to log in to ControlUp when using MFA through Azure resources. Organizations may also experience performance/availability issues within their DEX tenants. We will continue to monitor the situation to ensure all ControlUp services remain available while the complete outage is investigated.

Investigating - We are currently investigating an issue in multiple regions impacting backend networking services. Some organizations may experience degraded performance logging in to the configuration console and performing functions inside the DEX console.

Resolved - Following AWS’s successful restoration of its services, all ControlUp products are now fully operational and no longer impacted.

Update - We are actively monitoring the ongoing AWS outage and its impact on our services.

Current Status: We are experiencing delays in sending and receiving emails from our ControlUp systems as well as some disruption of backend communications. Some performance impacts are expected. We will continue to provide updates as we learn more.

Monitoring - We were aware that there might have been difficulty logging into ControlUp products for some customers. This issue was related to an ongoing service disruption within the Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure that ControlUp relies on.

Our teams actively monitored the AWS status pages for updates and worked to resolve the impact on ControlUp login services as quickly as possible. We apologized for the inconvenience and appreciated your patience.

We are continuing to monitor this as services are restored.
